How we sell
Six answers to the questions every new partner asks before placing a first order.
25 kg per strain for standard orders. Mixed pallets from 100 kg (across up to 6 strains). Smaller trial quantities by request for new partners.
Per-kilo pricing scales with volume. We quote on request -- never published publicly -- and hold pricing firm for 14 days once issued.
Every order is milled fresh against your PO -- we don't warehouse finished product. Standard strains despatch within 2--3 weeks; custom particle sizes or packaging add 1--2 weeks.
Every export includes one lab test covering heavy metals, microbiology and alkaloid content, with the COA in the crate. Per-strain testing per order is available on request (additional cost).
White-label pouches, custom blends, bespoke particle sizes, encapsulation. Art files, barcodes and packaging design handled in-house.
FOB Jakarta or DAP to your door. Sea freight 28--35 days; air freight 4--7 days. All export documentation included.
Shipping & customs
We prepare every standard document your customs broker needs: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate (when requested). Our default HS code classification is 1211.90.86 — botanical specimen, not for human consumption.
Kratom is not listed as an approved Novel Food ingredient in the EU. It's imported and sold as a botanical specimen. We support our customers in structuring their import paperwork accordingly but cannot provide legal advice — always consult your local counsel.
Quality & COA
Every production batch is assigned a lot number that stays with the material from farm to pallet. Before it ships, a representative sample goes to an ISO-17025 accredited lab in Jakarta for:
COA is issued per lot, PDF attached to your invoice, and a hard copy ships in the crate. Rejected batches never leave Indonesia.
