Minimum order
25 kg per strain for standard orders, packed in export boxes of 25 kg each. Multiple strains can be combined in one shipment in 25 kg increments; freight minimums are 100 kg by air and 1,000 kg by sea. Smaller trial quantities by request for new partners.

Pricing
Per-kilo pricing scales with volume. We quote on request, never published publicly, and hold pricing firm for 14 days once issued.

Lead time
Every order is milled fresh against your PO; we don't warehouse finished product. Standard strains despatch within 2–3 weeks; custom particle sizes or packaging add 1–2 weeks. See how an order runs, step by step.

Lab & COA
Every export includes the mandatory lab test through Sucofindo, Indonesia's state inspection company, covering heavy metals, microbiology and alkaloid content, with the COA in the box. Per-strain testing per order is available on request (additional cost).

Packaging
For bulk, we focus on 500 g and 1000 g airtight, heat-sealed packages. This keeps the powder fresh and preserves its high quality all the way to your warehouse. Every shipment goes out in export boxes holding up to 25 kg of material each.

Logistics
FOB Jakarta or DAP to your door. Sea freight around 45 days (minimum 1,000 kg); air freight 4–7 days (minimum 100 kg). All export documentation included.
Shipping & customs
EU import & customs, handled.
We prepare every standard document your customs broker needs: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate (when requested). Our default HS code classification is 1211.90.86: botanical specimen, not for human consumption.
Kratom is not listed as an approved Novel Food ingredient in the EU. It's imported and sold as a botanical specimen. We support our customers in structuring their import paperwork accordingly but cannot provide legal advice, so always consult your local counsel.

Quality & COA
Your compliance starts at our lab.
Every production batch is assigned a lot number that stays with the material from farm to pallet. Before it ships, a representative sample goes to an accredited lab in Jakarta for:
- Heavy metals: Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium, Mercury
- Microbiology: Total Plate Count, Yeast & Mould, Salmonella, E. coli
- Alkaloid quantification: Mitragynine, 7-Hydroxymitragynine
- Moisture content & particle size distribution
COA is issued per lot, PDF attached to your invoice, and a hard copy ships in the box. Rejected batches never leave Indonesia.
