What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard MOQ is 25 kg per strain, packed in export boxes of 25 kg each. Multiple strains can be combined in one shipment in 25 kg increments; freight minimums are 100 kg by air and 1,000 kg by sea. Smaller trial quantities can be arranged for new partners. See the wholesale terms for details.
Do you publish prices?
No. We quote per enquiry rather than publishing prices, because producer-direct pricing scales with volume, strain and freight. Buying direct removes the broker markups in the chain. How bulk pricing is structured explains what drives the cost.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. Kratom Factory is a B2B producer and supplies wholesale only: distributors, webshops, private-label and OEM brands, and tea or supplement makers. We do not sell to private consumers.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Yes. Every export lot is tested for heavy metals, microbiology and alkaloid content, with a batch-matched COA travelling in the box. Our guide to reading a COA covers what to look for.
Are you the producer or a broker?
We are the producer. We work with farming families on dedicated cultivation areas and run our own drying, milling and export, with no collectors or re-bagging in between. See producer vs broker for what that changes.
Where is your kratom grown?
In Kapuas Hulu, West Kalimantan, one of the few regions where Mitragyna speciosa grows natively at commercial density. We keep lots single-origin and traceable from farm parcel to pallet.
What shipping options and Incoterms do you offer?
We ship FOB Jakarta or DAP to your door, by sea or air freight, with all export documentation included. Our EU import guide covers the documents and customs steps.
How long do orders take?
Orders are milled fresh against your purchase order rather than warehoused. Standard strains typically dispatch within a few weeks; custom particle sizes or packaging add time. We confirm the lead time with your quote.
What packaging do you offer?
For bulk, we focus on 500 g and 1000 g airtight, heat-sealed packages. This keeps the powder fresh and preserves its high quality all the way to your warehouse. Every shipment goes out in export boxes holding up to 25 kg of material each.
Which strains do you supply?

Can you help with EU customs and documentation?
Yes. We prepare the standard documents your broker needs (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and phytosanitary certificate when requested) and classify the product correctly for customs. Rules vary by country, so verify your own market.
How do I request samples or a quote?
