Red Vein · Fermented
Our only fermented strain. Mature red leaves are packed, sealed and allowed to ferment for 48–72 hours before drying — a controlled process that shifts the alkaloid profile toward elevated 7-hydroxymitragynine. A distinctive spec with a character that sets it apart from any other red.

Producer note
Unlike other strains, Bentuangie undergoes controlled fermentation before drying. Fresh red leaves are sealed in food-grade bags for 48–72 hours under monitored conditions, allowing enzymatic conversion of a portion of the mitragynine into 7-hydroxymitragynine.
The resulting powder has a distinctly darker colour, a slightly sweeter aroma, and an alkaloid profile that sets it apart from our sun-dried reds. Production volume is intentionally limited to preserve consistency — plan ahead for Bentuangie orders.
For the end market
Bentuangie is the connoisseur's red — positioned in catalogues as "fermented," "smooth," "rare process." End customers who are already familiar with standard reds often graduate to Bentuangie.
Typically sold at a premium price tier. 50g / 100g pouches with minimal labelling suit the positioning — the fermented process is the story. Ideal for a distributor's premium or "artisan" range.
Quality assurance
We run each production batch through an independent Indonesian laboratory for heavy metals, microbiological contamination (TPC, yeast/mould, Salmonella, E. coli), and alkaloid quantification. The Certificate of Analysis ships with every order — digitally and in the crate.
Logistics
We handle export documentation, phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice and packing list. Shipments leave from Tanjung Priok (Jakarta) to Rotterdam, Hamburg, or Antwerp with typical transit of 28–35 days sea, or 4–7 days air.
