Why sun-drying matters for a red
A red leaf is a mature leaf. The leaves are picked from trees that have already dropped their younger flush, so they have been photosynthesising for longer, with a higher 7-hydroxymitragynine fraction in the final alkaloid profile.
Sun-drying on elevated racks shifts that alkaloid balance further, driving oxidation of mitragynine into 7-HMG. It's slow (typically 48–72 hours, weather-dependent) and it's what makes a red a red: not the leaf colour, but the post-harvest chemistry.

Sumatra Red is the benchmark red, the one customers compare other reds against. In catalogue copy: "classic," "grounded," "evening-use." Almost every private label carries a red SKU, and this is usually it.
Standard private-label sizes: 50g, 100g, 250g pouches. Encapsulation at 500mg is popular for the evening segment. Bulk contracts welcome; we hold regular production slots for this SKU.

Independent lab testing available
Each strain can be tested through an independent Indonesian laboratory for heavy metals, microbiological contamination (TPC, yeast/mould, Salmonella, E. coli), and alkaloid quantification. Ask us for the cost per lab test when placing your order.
Logistics
Export-ready from day one
We handle export documentation, phytosanitary certificate, commercial invoice and packing list. Shipments leave from Tanjung Priok (Jakarta) to Rotterdam, Hamburg, or Antwerp with typical transit of around 45 days sea, or 4–7 days air.
